AI Expansion Wave Boosts Facility Demand Acter’s September, Third-Quarter, and First Nine-Month Revenue to Record Highs for the Same Period

Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of cleanroom mechatronic engineering, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$5.51 billion for September 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 41% and setting a record high for the same period. Consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2026 reached NT$14.28 billion, up 29% year-over-year, also marking a record high for the same period. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2026 totaled NT$39.26 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 29% and reaching another record high for the same period, reflecting the Group’s robust growth momentum in project execution and revenue recognition as it benefits from continuous capacity expansions in the global semiconductor, AI, and high-tech industries, which have propelled its operational scale to new heights.

Acter stated that the record-high revenues for September, the third quarter, and the first nine months were primarily driven by the ongoing capacity expansion plans across the global semiconductor, high-tech electronics, and AI supply chain industries. This trend has sustained robust demand for cleanrooms, electromechanical integration, and high-tech facility engineering. As the Group successfully advances multiple large-scale project portfolios according to schedule, it continues to inject steady growth into overall revenue. Furthermore, in response to its growing order backlog and expanding opportunities in overseas markets, Acter is actively strengthening talent recruitment and training, optimizing supply chain procurement resource allocation, and continuously refining project management and cross-regional resource integration efficiency. These initiatives aim to enhance its capability to secure and execute mega-projects, laying a solid foundation for the Group’s future operational growth.

Overseas market expansion also serves as a critical strategic pillar for Acter’s mid-to-long-term operational growth. In September this year, Acter officially signed a long-term Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UMPESL (Voltas), an engineering company under India’s Tata Group. Through this long-term strategic partnership framework, both parties will deepen the integration of local engineering resources, technical exchanges, and project execution collaboration, further strengthening the Group’s business development and engineering service capabilities in the Indian market. Acter pointed out that as overseas regions and India actively promote the development of their semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries, international high-tech enterprises continue to invest in local capacity build-ups. This trend is expected to gradually release substantial demand for high-tech facilities, cleanrooms, and electromechanical integration projects. By deepening collaboration with various clients and supply chains, the Group aims to combine local resources with professional engineering expertise to enhance its capability to secure and execute large-scale turnkey projects. This strategy will enable Acter to capture supply chain expansion opportunities across multiple regions, further broadening its international footprint and cultivating new drivers for mid-to-long-term growth.

Looking ahead to the fourth quarter of 2026 and future operations, Acter maintains a positive, proactive, and optimistic outlook. The continuous advancement of new construction and capacity expansion plans in fields such as global semiconductor advanced processes, AI-related supply chains, high-tech electronics, and data centers, coupled with the steady execution of existing projects under construction, will all support the Group’s subsequent operational performance. Acter will continue to focus on high-value-added engineering services, deepening its core technological advantages, and strengthening project execution efficiency and supply chain integration capabilities. Concurrently, the Group will actively push forward its global expansion. In addition to consolidating its competitive advantages in existing markets across Taiwan and Asia, Acter will accelerate business development, strategic partnerships, and project advancements in key markets including the United States, Japan, and India. This approach aims to gradually increase overseas revenue contributions, driving the Group toward its goals of enhancing global competitiveness and generating long-term, stable growth.
