Acter Reports Record-High August Revenue for the Same Period; Semiconductor Fab Expansion Infuses New Order Momentum

Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of cleanroom mechatronic engineering, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$4.88 billion for August 2026, representing increases of 26% month-over-month and 45% year-over-year, marking another record high for the same period. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first eight months of 2026 reached NT$33.75 billion, up 27% year-over-year, also setting a record high for the same period. As overseas semiconductor industries continue to advance their expansion plans, the demand for related high-tech facility engineering is simultaneously heating up. This is expected to sustain Acter's order momentum and broaden its space for mid-to-long-term operational growth.

Acter stated that its August revenue achieved another record high for the same period in history. In addition to continuous benefits from the steady revenue recognition of project within the semiconductor, high-tech electronics, and AI supply chains, the strategic benefits of Acter's "group-wide integrated approach" are also gradually emerging. By integrating the resources and technical capabilities of its subsidiaries and reinvestment partners across different engineering disciplines, regional markets, and industrial sectors, the Group has built a one-stop supply chain solution. This further enhances its competitive advantage in securing large-scale, highly complex projects and continues to deepen cooperative relationships with diverse industry clients and partners in the international market. As Acter's overseas business layout gradually unfolds starting from the second half of the year, coupled with the advancement of existing projects according to schedule, it is expected to continuously bolster the Group's operational performance.

Acter pointed out that its current order backlog remains robust. At this stage, the Group will continue to strengthen its engineering management capabilities for large-scale facility projects, implement lean supply chain procurement strategies, and expand both professional engineering talent and cross-regional personnel deployment flexibility to effectively meet customer demands for project schedules and quality. In addition, the Group's strategy focuses on cross-regional project management, engineering personnel dispatch, supply chain management, and the introduction of digital management tools. These efforts aim to improve the execution efficiency of large-scale projects and enhance control over project quality and delivery timelines, while simultaneously driving up the per capita productivity of employees. This allows cost control and resource allocation to deliver dual benefits, further maintaining strong operational growth momentum.

Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2026, driven by the Edge AI wave, key semiconductor supply chains including PCB, packaging, and memory continue to launch a new wave of capital expenditures and capacity expansion demands. These fields also happen to be the core business sectors where Acter has long cultivated deep roots. Leveraging the Group's comprehensive layout across multiple regions, industries, and engineering disciplines, alongside its continuously deepening overseas project execution capabilities, Acter will actively seize global high-tech expansion opportunities. The company is fully committed to advancing new contract acquisitions and executing existing projects, moving toward the goal of sustained growth in overall order scale.
