Taiwan has become an aged society and the proportion of solitary elders is increasing. Given that the social care resources are insufficient, ACTER has been collaborating with Hondao Volunteer Association for the “Winter Offering for Elders Brooks no Delay” event for 5 consecutive years.

ACTER sponsors shopping vouchers to the low-income, the physically or mentally challenged, and the solitary and underprivileged elders whose names are provided by the association. In addition to the allowance, ACTER calls for its 20 employees to go shopping with the elders, attempting to share warmth and the joy of festivals.
