Acter’s opinion says if the adjustment of increasing retained earnings amounted to 60 million is also included to the concern in 2018 to comply with the new standard of IFRS, the EPS performance should be even much outstanding. At the same time, Acter ‘s board of directors resolved 2018’s earnings distribution and distribute NT 15 cash dividends. Base on the closing price of announcement day (2/26) NT 195, the dividend yield reaches 7.7%.

At the same time, the board of directors also proposed that the subsidiary, Sheng Huei (Suzhou) Engineering Co, Ltd. will issue an IPO in China in order to expand the scale of business in China and increase the company reputation and competitiveness. If the issuance of IPO going well, it is expected to provide positive benefit of company’s image, business and increase the Acter’s re-investment value.
