Solid project execution and revenue contribution from Taiwan and Southeast Asia Drives Acter’s April Revenue to NT$3.55 Billion, Sets Another Historical High for the Month

Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of clean room mechatronic engineering, today announced its consolidated revenue for April 2025 reached NT$3.55 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 45%. This marks the eighth consecutive month that Acter has posted record-high monthly revenue for the same period. Cumulative revenue for the first four months of 2025 totaled NT$12.11 billion, reflecting a year-over-year growth of 53%, also achieving a historical high for the January–April period.

Acter has sustained double-digit annual growth in revenue, fueled by strong project execution demand from clients across the semiconductor, high-tech electronics, and traditional industries. This momentum reflects Acter’s long-term core competitiveness and effective overseas market expansion. Continued overseas expansion efforts by semiconductor, high-tech, and data center clients are expected to further boost Acter’s operations.

As global geopolitical tensions drive supply chain reorganization and prompt the search for new production hubs, Acter is well-positioned to meet industry needs with its customized facility design capabilities, high-quality green engineering methods, large-scale professional execution teams, comprehensive supply chain management, and a strong track record of overseas projects. The Company’s solid project pipeline remains healthy, in line with client investment progress. This has further strengthened Acter’s order intake momentum, pushing the Company’s backlog to record levels. Revenue recognition is expected to ramp up progressively as projects reach completion, supporting mid- to long-term growth for the Group.

Looking into the second quarter of 2025, Acter remains focused on advancing its multi-industry, multi-region, and multi-disciplinary strategy. As of the end of Q1 2025, the Group employed a total of 2,249 staff members, with regional distribution as follows: Taiwan 41%, China 44%, and Southeast Asia 15%. In response to the simultaneous launch of multiple projects and new plant construction plans from clients, Acter is actively expanding its technical and project execution teams. The Company is also deepening vertical and horizontal resource integration across the Group, with the goal of establishing a strong track record across the Greater Asia region and elevating future business performance to new heights.
