Acter Reports 3Q EPS of NT$8.22, up62% year over year, reaching a record high for the same period in the company’s history. Plan to Dividend NT$5.5 Cash per Share for 1H25, exceeding the payout of the same period last year.

Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of clean room mechatronic engineering, today announced its consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2025 reached NT$11.04 billion, representing a YoY growth of 45%. Net income attributable to the parent company was NT$1.02 billion, up 62% YoY. Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$8.22, up 62% YoY. Profit reaching a record high for the same period in the company’s history. For the first three quarter of 2025, consolidated revenue totaled NT$30.51 billion, up 47% YoY, with net income attributable to the parent company at NT$2.53 billion, increasing 35% YoY. Earnings per share (EPS) came to NT$20.35, representing a YoY increase of 35%.


Acter stated that benefiting from the Group’s efforts to strengthen its localized teams and engineering delivery capabilities across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and the United States, the Company has been able to effectively meet clients’ project schedules and quality requirements. As customers in the semiconductor, electronic component, and data center industries continue to release new construction and expansion orders, demand for facility engineering and cleanroom construction has increased significantly, driving third-quarter revenue in Taiwan regions growth of 94% year over year.


Acter continues to enhance its engineering management efficiency and supply chain integration capabilities, while actively cultivating and recruiting high-level electromechanical professionals to improve both the construction efficiency and project quality of customized facility engineering across diverse industries. These efforts have further strengthened the Group’s per capita productivity synergy. Leveraging its strengths in lean management and flexible resource allocation, the Company’s gross margin and operating margin for the third quarter of 2025 remain at 18% and 14%, respectively.


The Acter’s Board of Directors resolved today to approve the profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025, proposing a cash dividend of NT$5.5 per share (based on a par value of NT$5 per share),this planned distribution surpasses that of the same period last year, demonstrating the Acter’s dedication to sharing its operating achievements with all shareholders. The ex-dividend date has been set for January 15, 2026, and the payment date is February 4, 2026.

 


Looking ahead to the fourth quarter of 2025, Acter maintains a positive and optimistic outlook. Demand for new plant construction and capacity expansion in Taiwan, the United States, and Southeast Asia is expected to continue, creating a favorable environment for sustained business growth across the Group. Meanwhile, the rise of AI applications is driving strong demand for high-performance computing and data storage, which will further accelerate expansion in semiconductor manufacturing, PCB, advanced packaging, and data centers. Leveraging its robust technical capabilities and global presence, Acter will continue to deepen business collaboration with clients across diverse industries, supporting promising growth prospects for future operations.
