Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of clean room mechatronic engineering, announced today that its consolidated revenue for February 2025 reached NT$2.67 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 101%, setting a new record for the same period in previous years. The cumulative consolidated revenue for January to February 2025 amounted to NT$5.31 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 59% and another record high for the same period. With steady project completions and high volumes of contracts in cleanroom MEP integration projects, the company continues to benefit from a robust business pipeline, further bolstering its overall growth momentum.

As AI-driven industrial upgrades and expansion plans accelerate, geopolitical and tariff issues continue to reshape global supply chains, fueling the demand for overseas manufacturing facilities across diverse industries. Acter points out that it will leverage its long-established presence in Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia to seize opportunities and will thoroughly integrate core technologies in MEP and HVAC systems, cleanroom engineering, turnkey services, and high-tech process equipment, while also incorporating green engineering and intelligent management to provide customized solutions for diverse industry clients. This will position Acter as a key partner for clients expanding their facilities overseas, ensuring sustained benefits from the trend of international expansion.

Looking ahead to Q1 2025, Acter remains committed to its multi-industry, multi-region, and multi-service strategy while actively expanding its overseas market presence with a focus on achieving service excellence across the Greater Asia region. Meanwhile, with strong project order visibility and a robust backlog across multiple industries, the company anticipates additional urgent orders stemming from new factory construction demands, further driving future business growth.
