Acter Group Co., Ltd. (will be abbreviated “Acter” in the after, stock code :5536) announced 3Q of 2020 performance and revenue for October 2020.

Key Highlights

• On a consolidated basis, revenue for the third quarter of 2020 is NTD 3.315 billion. Benefit from Taiwan and Southeast Asia area orders increased, the revenue has an 11% increase compare to the same period of last year. The Group profit performance effected by epidemic in China area, USA-China technology war postpone the Semiconductor industry expansion and depreciation of USD, net profit attribute to parent company is NTD 189 million and EPS is $3.48(NTD).
• The regional revenue proportions of Taiwan, China and Others (included Southeast Asia) for 3Q of 2020 are 44%, 51% and 5%, compare to the same period of last year are 32%, 63% and 5%. Taiwan area benefits from the expansion trend of industry supply chain diversify and Southeast Asia area would gradually effected. China area business would slow down by trade-war.
• The gross profit rate and operating profit rate for 3Q of 2020 are 16% and 9%. The quarterly gross profit rates have variable performance by variable products. The Group continues the multi-regions, multi-industries and multi-jobs strategy, diversify the operation sites to gradually enlarge the business scale and adjust the business structure to enhance the Group’s profit ability.
• Revenue for October 2020 is NTD 0.98 billion. Due to China area has less work days for China’s national holiday and the expansion trend in Taiwan and Southeast Asia provide an upward growth momentum, revenue for October 2020 has a stable performance compare to the same period of last year. Revenue for October of 2020 is NTD 0.98 billion and has an 2% increase compare to the same period of last year.

2020 3Q Review

• The Group continues the multi-regions, multi-industries and multi-jobs strategy, rely on operations sites in Taiwan, China, Viet Nam, Indonesia and other operation site in Southeast Asia to satisfy the high competitive advantage such as variable industries cleanroom and electro-mechanical integration engineering implement technology research and development and special construction method. The regional revenue proportions of Taiwan, China and Southeast Asia for 3Q of 2020 are 44%, 51% and 5%, compare to the same period of last year are 32%, 63% and 5%.
