ACTER GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED(will be abbreviated “Acter Group” in the after, stock code :5536) announced revenue of October of 2019 and 2019 Q3. Combined revenues for October 2019 is NTD 0.965 billion (YOY 10.73%). Acter Group ‘s first three quarters cumulative revenue is NTD 9.436 billion and net profit is 0.945 billion. Net profit attribute to parent company is NTD 0.776 billion and EPS is $14.36(NTD).

Acter Group’s revenue divided into three parts: Acter Group, Acter Technology Integration Group (Subsidiaries included) and Nova Technology Corp. (Subsidiaries included). Each part contributes around 30% of processing projects and continued yearly increase.

Acter Group benefit from the shift of supply chain consist of Taiwanese companies back to Taiwan and contributes the highest processing projects of the parts. The new processing projects were from well-know companies belongs to Flexible Print Circuit, Power Supplier, Netcom and Packaging industries.

Acter Technology Integration Group was effected by the US-China Trade War cool down. China companies restart the deferred capital investment and expected the processing of China Brand de-American would bring a bright outlook. Nova Technology Corp benefit from the China semiconductor companies increase the self-made rate and flourish of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry. Recently, Nova Technology Corp received a copper wasted liquid recycle system project from China panel factory and has a 15% yearly growth of processing projects.

Base on the horizontal integration of multi-job and multi-industry, snatch the business opportunity of supply chain shift. Acter Group’s business scope includes semiconductor, electronic assembly, green energy and biomedical industries and processing project for the second half year has gradually growth. As the US-China Trade War cool down, the business performance will become more significant.
