Acter Achieves Record-High Annual Profit in 2025 Full-Year EPS of NT$28.42 and Total Annual Dividend of NT$20 Both Reaching Historic Highs

Acter Group Co., Ltd. ("Acter", Taipei Stock Exchange: 5536), a leading provider of clean room mechatronic engineering, today announced its consolidated results for the fourth quarter of 2025. Consolidated revenue reached NT$10.98 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 16%. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent totaled NT$1.0 billion, up 35% year-over-year, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$8.07, an increase of 35% compared to the same period last year. For the full year of 2025, consolidated revenue amounted to NT$41.48 billion, growing 37% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent reached NT$3.53 billion, marking a35% increase from the previous year. Full-year EPS was NT$28.42, up 35% year-over-year. Overall operational performance achieved outstanding results once again.


Acter noted that the main growth driver for 2025 operations comes from increased project revenue recognition in Taiwan, boosting local revenue by 69% compared to the previous year. At the same time, the company is actively improving the efficiency and quality of customized projects and factory engineering across diverse industries, optimizing project management, and expanding local teams, effectively enhancing overall operational performance. This drives the company toward maintaining an annual operating profit margin of 14% and a net profit margin after tax of 11% throughout 2025.


Regarding the dividend policy, the Board of Directors today resolved to approve a proposed cash dividend of NT$14.5 per share for the second half of 2025 (based on a par value of NT$5 per share). Combined with the NT$5.5 cash dividend per share distributed for the first half of 2025 (paid on February 4, 2026), total cash dividends for the full year of 2025 will amount to NT$20 per share. This marks a new dividend high, with a payout ratio of 70%, underscoring the Company’s commitment to sharing its operating achievements with all shareholders.


Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2026, Acter remains positive and optimistic. As global semiconductor and memory industry clients continue to maintain strong capacity expansion demand, the Company is accelerating its transformation into an international engineering service platform. In addition to deepening its longstanding relationships with domestic high-tech manufacturers, Acter is actively expanding its overseas footprint while further strengthening its professional engineering management and system integration capabilities. Through highly customized, high value-added total solutions, the Company assists clients in shortening plant construction timelines and enhancing capital efficiency, thereby further solidifying its competitive position in the market and laying a solid foundation for future growth.
