• Acter Co., Ltd consolidation revenue NTD $ 11.438 billion and the EPS $18.17(NTD).
• At FY 2017, Acter Co., Ltd created the highest performance of previously 7 year, the reason is Clean Room、Electrical and Mechanical requirement from Semi-conduct、Optoelectronics and Panel industry and generate 58% revenue of FY 2017, the clean room and electro-mechanical turn-key business comparing with 2016 growth 59% and increasing the gross margin to 18%. 2017 ROE and ROA is 24.41% and 9.68% respectively.
• The Board of Acter Co., Ltd approved cash dividend NTD $13 and stock dividend NTD1.5 per stock, the dividend distribution rate reached 80% and keep 65% cash dividend pay to stockowner from recently 7 years. With the 23th Feb, 2018 closing share price, dividend yield is 6.9%.

2017 Operational Review

• Acter co., Ltd FY 2017 consolidation revenue is NTD $ 11.438 billion, it is history record and compare FY 2016 with YOY increase 36%、net income and EPS YOY increase 93% and 92%. The big reason of FY 2017 prosperity is China Government industry police focus on Semi-conduct、Optoelectronics and Panel industry, at the China and Taiwan area, the revenue ratio from three industry up from 52%(FY 2016) to 58%(FY 2017).

2018 Outlook

• Outlook FY 2018, China area still with high speed grow at the Semi-conduct、the Optoelectronics and the Panel field, Acter Co., Ltd service several above industry benchmarking client, resulting FY 2017 high-standard performance and estimate the FY 2018 also with optimistic atmosphere.
