The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) announced that the 4th (2017) Corporate Governance Evaluation has been completed. A total of 1,536 companies, 861 TWSE listed companies and 675 TPEx listed companies, were evaluated. Acter is one the Top 5% company within 34 TPEx companies listed as Top 5%.

Acter honored Top 5% Corporate Governance Evaluation from TWSE for the 3rd consecutive year which shows that Acter has been devoted to company governance. Acter keeps refinement of the corporate governance and focus on stakeholder’s concern topics to fulfill the Corporate Social Responsibility.
